Gary Neville, the former Manchester United star, responded to Cristiano Ronaldo’s ignoring of him while shaking hands with “Sky Sports” analysts present at the stadium before United’s confrontation with West Ham.
Neville publicly criticized the five-time Ballon d’Or winner after he refused to come on as a substitute in his side’s 2-0 win over Tottenham earlier this month.

Ronaldo was left out of United’s squad for the next 1-1 draw with Chelsea, which saw Neville claim it was time for the club to “end their relationship” with Ronaldo early in the January transfer window.
The 37-year-old apparently overheard those comments, refusing to embrace his former team-mate during their meeting at Old Trafford.
When Neville was asked about the incident by his Sky Sports colleague Richards, he replied: “He acted like we weren’t teammates.”
